Various new outlets have been making such a fuss of this photo of Christina Aguilera. We usually see her with a full face of make up, hair done & dressed to a tee. Do celebrities have to be dressed up all the time? Christina, felt comfortable to step out dressed down with her boyfriend Matt in NYC on Saturday. That’s what love does to you!

Christina is currently on “The Voice” as a coach. She recently spoke to Us Weekly: “There have been things that have happened on stage that any performer can absolutely relate to and I’m so happy that I get to share these moments with [the contestants] in such an intimate environment,” the pop star told Us Weekly. “I wanted to approach this show very openly. I’m human, too, and people make mistakes and go through  things in life and I’m definitely taking that into the show.”  “The Voice” comes on Tuesdays at its new time 10/9c.

Columbian actress Sofia Vergara is a “Cover Girl.” She tweeted: “My BIG news!! So happy to be the new @covergirl !!!#spon.”

Vergara said in a statement: “I have loved playing with makeup ever since I was a little girl.”  “And now, I am so honored to join the line up of extraordinary women that are and have been COVERGIRLs, and to be a part of a brand that is so committed to helping women look and feel beautiful.”

Congrats Sofia!

Puerto Rican/ Brazilian Co-anchor Natalie Morales, 38 is getting a promotion! Starting in June, Natalie will be the News Anchor on theToday Show.

The president of NBC News Steve Capus said in a statement, “Natalie has been an invaluable addition to Today since she joined from MSNBC in 2006, and she is a true example of someone who rose up through the ranks. Whether she’s in the field or in the studio, Natalie is a steadfast and compassionate reporter who is always at the top of her game.”

Natalie is currently a co-anchor and national correspondent for NBC’s Today.

Latina Actress Eva Mendes has been announced as one of the new celebrity ambassadors for Pantene. Mendes will be supporting the Breakage to Strength collection. Eva reveals  that Pantene has helped her repair her overworked strands to bring them back to health.

“The amount of torture I put my hair through with flat irons, blow dryers and curling irons leaves my hair extremely damaged,” said Mendes. “With Pantene I can use all of these tools and still keep my hair healthy,” she continued. “It’s amazing to be working with a brand like Pantene that is so honest; there were no tricks on the set of the photo shoot. Each look was natural and never manipulated and my hair looked healthy and beautiful for every shot. Pantene products truly live up to what they promise.”

Congrats Eva!

Good for Christina! She looks pretty just the same. I wish celebs would go out with less makeup on more often. It would help the rest of us feel more normal!

As for Natalie Morales – she recently made a guest appearance on Herederos del Monte, (my favorite telenovela!) LOL

  2. Unknown Mami says:

I think it is refreshing to see Christina with less make-up. Often, I've wished she wouldn't put on so much, not because I don't like make-up but because I like to know that women have the confidence to go without.
